Flex Alerts ask Californians to conserve power to prevent blackouts. Gen Z's however, weren't engaging with the messaging despite caring about the environment. So we reframed it through relatable roommate archetypes, using humor and character-driven tips and bilingual casting to make the work feel authentic to both English and Spanish speaking audiences. The result: energy-saving content that felt effortless, relevant, and shareable.
